I’ve been serving him ever since! I’ve been sober for 5 years now, I have my family back in my life and I’m moving forward in life. I can’t stop now ! “Hi My Name is Kayla , Ive been in the women’s home for 3 years. I was an alcoholic by 15 yrs old ,I was bitter and had a hardened heart.Though i knew Christ, I didn’t believe He was enough. I’ve struggled to serve Him & remain in Him & ive ran back to the world many times.Over the years I’ve struggled with bitterness,unforgiveness,anger, rage , rejection. I’ve carried strongholds all my life .I came into this home at 20 years old and it was the best decision of my life. What I haven’t been able to accomplish in years God accomplished in months of me being in this home. I learned to develop a prayer life, I made personal time with God in the word.The word renewed my mind & destroyed strongholds off of my life.I learned to remain in God even when times get tough.I have more than freedom from drugs & alcohol; I have freedom from depression, anxiety, fear , rejection & anger.Best of all I have my God given destiny. I’m becoming the woman God always called me to be. I’m a women’s home director now & I’m helping other women become all that God has called them to be! I’m able to disciple other women,teach other women , instruct other women & love other women until they see strongholds destroyed in there life as they were destroyed in mine in Jesus name!”
